The doctor listened was sympathetic about my concerns and explained simply but clearly about assessing blood pressure readings. The doctor calmed my anxiety and i didn't feel rushed.

Dr Claire Patten is an extremely kind, caring and considerate doctor, she is absolutely wonderful. Alison is a credit to the practice, she went out of her way to help with an appointment, not all the appointment receptionists have the same manner I'm sorry to say.

Due to past issues re: My awkwardness approaching receptionists, I rarely have need to approach them as GPs support me by arranging my appointments personally.
When I need to book an appointment unexpectedly, I now have a Support Worker to act on my behalf.
